Privacy.

We handle your data with care, in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
What we receive, and why
- If you visit the website: our host keeps technical logs (IP address, page viewed, date) for the security of the site. We also count visits with Umami, without cookies: we see how many people come, which pages they read and which buttons they click, without knowing who they are. The site uses no cookies and no advertising.
- If you book a call (via Cal.com): name, email, company and project, to prepare the call.
- If you email us: your message and contact details, to reply.
- During the call: we only record it with the consent of every person present, given at the start of the call, and only to prepare the script.
- If you become a client: the information and files the film, the quote and the invoice require. Payment is by bank transfer; if you ask for an online payment link, it goes through Stripe, and we never see your card number.
- Prospecting: we may write once, personally, to a company whose business contact details are public. If you do not wish to hear from us again, one word is enough: we delete your details.
Our providers
- Hostinger: hosting of the website and of our email address, servers in France (European Union).
- Google: our email (Gmail), United States and European Union.
- Cal.com: scheduling, United States.
- Dropbox: storing and sharing project files, United States.
- Stripe: online payment, only on request, Ireland and United States.
- Umami Software, Inc.: anonymous visitor statistics, servers in the European Union. No cookies, no data that could identify you.
- Higgsfield and ElevenLabs: image and voice creation tools, United States. We never upload your confidential documents to them, nor personal data without the written consent of the people concerned.
Data sent to the European Union goes to countries recognised by the Swiss Federal Council as providing adequate protection. Data sent to the United States goes to companies certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or bound by standard contractual clauses recognised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
How long we keep it
- Call recording: deleted 3 months after the film is delivered.
- Request with no follow-up (booking, message): 12 months.
- Project emails and files: 2 years after delivery.
- Quotes and invoices: 10 years, as required by law (art. 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations).
What we don't do
No targeted advertising, no cookies, no tracking of a person from one site to another, no selling of data.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction or its deletion by writing to studio@unseenary.com. We reply within 30 days. You may also contact the FDPIC (edoeb.admin.ch).
